What this service is

Consentvia is software for the applicant who runs planning applications: free worksheets that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps the application file of applications, fees, dates, conditions, variations, appeals and outcomes. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from us directly, and there is no agency, reseller or intermediary anywhere in it.

How we are paid

Consentvia Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It renews monthly at the price shown until you cancel.

The worksheet index

The worksheet index lists every free worksheet on this site with its worked example figures.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and the method stated on each page. They are arithmetic, not a fee schedule, not a prediction of an authority's decision and not legal advice, and nothing on this site is a ruling on what a particular application will cost, when it will be decided or whether it will be granted; that is the authority's answer and your own professional judgement.
