One paid plan
The worksheets are free forever, worked figures and all. Consentvia Pro is the record behind them: every application with its site, its authority, its type, its reference, its fee and its cost all in, its validation and decision dates, its conditions, its section 73 variations, its non-material amendments, its appeal and its outcome, so the next application to the same authority starts from the last one and the client's question is answered from the file. One price for the whole team, cancel from your account page.

Should you just subscribe to a planning data platform?
If you want every application in the country mapped, ownership and constraints layers, site-finding filters and an API for your own tooling, subscribe to a planning data platform and give it the twelve-month commitment it asks for. Consentvia is for the applicant with a handful of schemes who wants each one costed, its clock read and its conditions kept as a record, and is not building a site-finding pipeline to get it.
No competitor tier is compared feature for feature here, deliberately: planning data platforms are priced per user on annual minimums with data add-ons and the fit depends on how many sites an applicant hunts. This hub's own price is the one figure on the page, and it is the estimate recorded in research/data/saas-products.tsv (basis: estimated, under a platform's published entry tier) rather than a comparison against a named plan.
